A Deeper Well
The seeds of A Deeper Well were planted many years ago, and started simply with the name. At that point, I had no idea what would grow from those seeds, but as time has gone on, and as I have gone through many different seasons of my life since that time, the fruits of what was planted long ago have become clear.
A Deeper Well exists to empower women to find their deepest and truest connections - connection with the Self, within relationship, with nature, and with the Divine.

Carnelian Way Wellness
My name is Kim, and I am a Reiki and Sound Healing Practitioner. My journey to a more holistic healing approach stemmed from my own health issues that were either misdiagnosed, dismissed, or prescribed medication which made me feel worse or did not work at all.
I know firsthand the positive impact on our bodies to institute a wellness plan by aligning nutrition, managing everyday stress, and practicing some form of spirituality. This led me to my own healing journey to move more away from traditional medicine and focus more on my body, mind and spirit through holistic healing and partnering up with a licensed functional medical doctor.
My healing journey led me to launch Carnelian Way Wellness. As a practitioner, I believe nutrition and holistic services go hand in hand. I am a graduate from The School of Sound with a Master level in Sound Healing which includes singing bowls, tuning forks to align the Chakras and other healing instruments. I am also a first-degree Reiki practitioner. I also graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach focusing on nutrition, gut health, and hormone health.

Faithful Farms
My name is Shannon Mallow. My husband Josh and I live on a small farmette in Ixonia with our two young sons!
I'm a born and raised farm girl and I have an intense entrepreneurial spirit! I earned a bachelor's degree in business communications from UW-M and followed that up with years of schooling in horticulture and landscape design. I am the owner operator of Goldilocks Landscaping, LLC. I also have worked at Ebert's Greenhouse for the past 17 years. I love growing with them and have enjoyed being their event coordinator.
I also love interacting with little's and teaching them about nature, farm and gardening! I started the mommy and me Wiggle Worms program because I felt God tugging at my heart to share what we have created and His word with others. Beside Wiggle Worms we enjoy hosting pop up yoga classes throughout the summer! We also grow enough fruits and vegetables to sell them through our "Fresh from Faithful Farms" program.
